These terms apply when you use panizm.com and when you purchase services, consultations or templates from PanizM Strategy. By using the site or buying from us, you agree to them.

Services and consultations are described on the site. Specific scope, timelines and deliverables are confirmed in writing before work begins. Strategy and recommendations are provided in good faith based on the information available; results depend on many factors and are not guaranteed.

Prices are shown in USD and processed securely via Stripe. Fixed-price templates and consultations are payable upfront. Ongoing engagements are billed as agreed in your proposal.

Templates are digital products delivered immediately after purchase. Because of their instant, downloadable nature, sales are generally final. If something isn't working or you bought the wrong item, email hello@panizm.com and we'll always try to make it right.

Need to move a booked call? No problem. Please give at least 24 hours' notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Paid sessions can be rescheduled once at no charge.

Templates and materials remain the intellectual property of PanizM Strategyand are licensed to you for your own business use. Please don't resell or redistribute them.
